This is a ceremony to recognize successful recruits who made it through our Modern Workforce FOUNDATION training program for a year. This is done by signing a contract that transitions them from recruits to interns.
After the hiring, our recruits become paid interns in Caasitech Group LLC. They then integrate the CORE phase of their training while practicing and implementing their learnings in their various domains of specialization within the company.
